School-Based Clinician – master’s level mental health clinician to work in LUK’s licensed Community Behavioral Health Clinic, providing school-based counseling in local public schools in North Central Central Massachusetts. The School-Based Clinician will provide individual and group counseling to children and youth, as well as case and parent consultation to school personnel and caregivers. School-Based Clinicians will receive weekly licensed supervision, regular training, and opportunities for professional development, clinical group supervision and consultation.
The position is structured as follows.
· Full-time, 40 hours/week, 5 days a week from September through June following the school calendar including vacations and holidays
· In addition, fee-for-service work (i.e., hours and days to be determined) is available during the school year and/or July and August, if desired.
Qualifications include Master’s Degree in mental health, psychology, social work, family therapy, or substance abuse field and two years of clinical experience working with children, youth or adults with serious emotional disturbance or mental health diagnosis.
