Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate and program Hurco and Doosan CNC machines, including machines with FYER controls
- Perform CAM programming using Mastercam and execute conversational programming at the machine
- Set up and align workpieces, tools, and fixtures according to specifications
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and maintain high quality standards
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to meet project deadlines
- Document work and maintain accurate production records
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in CNC milling and/or lathe operations
- Hands-on experience with Hurco and Doosan machines, including FYER controls
- Proficient in Mastercam programming
- Strong skills in conversational programming at the machine
- Knowledge of tool selection, feeds, speeds, and machining best practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $30–$40/hr (depending on experience)
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with every other Friday off
