Job Description
This role involves overseeing the production floor, reviewing and updating production schedules, and troubleshooting production problems. The candidate will initially report to the operations manager with the goal of advancing to a production supervisor role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production floor operations.
- Review and update production schedules.
- Troubleshoot production issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Conduct quality control inspections.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production scheduling and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of quality control inspection processes.
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience within the manufacturing space.
- Strong leadership skills with an extroverted personality.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- ERP experience, particularly with Systeme by Infer, is highly advantageous.
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs.

Work Environment
Work alongside 30 colleagues on the production floor in a well-spaced, pleasant facility. Engage in small team collaborations within each department. The working hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Chelmsford, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62500.00 - $84000.00/yr.
