\nPosition Overview
\nA major academic medical center in Worcester, Massachusetts is seeking locum CRNAs to join a large and dynamic anesthesia care team across multiple inpatient and outpatient sites. Providers will be exposed to a wide variety of complex cases in a collaborative environment, with flexible scheduling and no call requirements. Multiple shift lengths are available. This is a high-priority request with ongoing needs starting September 2025.\n\n\n\nAssignment Highlights\n\n

- Open to licensing with clean backgroun\n\t
- Flexible scheduling with 12-, 16-, 18-, and 24-hour shifts\n\t
- No call required\n\t
- EMR: Epic\n\t
- Wide case variety: general, ENT, trauma, transplant, neurosurgery, orthopedics, OB, and cardiac\n\t
- Regionals performed by MDs only – no blocks expected of CRNAs\n\t
- No AAs on the care team – CRNA-only model\n\t
- Multiple sites of care:\n\t
- Estimated start date: September 1, 2025\n\t
- Orientation and onboarding process includes a phone interview with both a physician and administrator\n\t
- Prepaid travel and lodging\n\t
- Medical malpractice insurance provided at no cost\n\t
- HPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission–certified staffing agency\n
\nSkills & Experience\n\n
- \n\t
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)\n\t
- Active Massachusetts RN and APRN licenses required (open to licensing for clean-file candidates)\n\t
- CRNA board certification required\n\t
- Must be comfortable managing a broad case mix in a large academic system\n\t
- Prior trauma, OB, and inpatient hospital experience preferred\n\t
- No regionals required\n
