Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Network Architect to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will design and implement advanced network solutions, ensuring they meet organizational standards and support operational efficiency. Located in Worcester, Massachusetts, this position requires on-site collaboration three days a week.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain network architecture that aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Translate high-level standards provided by the Architecture Review Board into actionable operational processes and automation.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure network solutions support business objectives and scalability.
• Implement security measures and protocols to safeguard network infrastructures.
• Optimize application architecture and API development to enhance system performance.
• Manage cloud-based platforms, including Amazon EC2, to support business operations.
• Integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions into network systems.
• Conduct regular assessments to ensure network reliability and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise during the deployment of Snowflake solutions.• At least 10 years of experience in network and security roles.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a formal Architect or Lead/Principal position.
• Demonstrated ability to convert architectural standards into operational processes and automation.
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing technical teams.
• Strong expertise in IAM, API development, and application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon EC2 and Snowflake platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Must be able to work on-site in Worcester, Massachusetts, three days per week.
