Pay Rate: $67.57/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8:00am–6:00pm, 8.5-hour shifts; some overtime may be required)

Position Summary

Our specialty pharmacy focuses on chronic disease conditions such as Transplant, Multiple Sclerosis, HIV, Oncology, Hepatitis C, and Autoimmune disorders.
As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care by accurately filling prescriptions, providing exceptional service to patients and providers, and collaborating closely with the pharmacy manager and team members.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately fill and verify prescriptions while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Provide exceptional patient care and clinical counseling to improve health outcomes.

Support and mentor pharmacy technicians and interns in daily operations.

Collaborate with providers and perform outreach/marketing activities alongside sales staff.

Partner with the pharmacy manager to ensure efficient execution of daily functions and workflows.

Required Qualifications

Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) in the state of Massachusetts, in good standing.

Minimum of 1 year of Pharmacist experience.

Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm (8.5-hour shifts).

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Experience in specialty pharmacy or working with patients managing chronic conditions.
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (required).

Active RPh license in Massachusetts.
