VNA Care is hiring a Home Health RN for home health visits for our Concord/Acton team with visits in Waltham, Wayland, Weston and surrounding towns. We offer an extensive Home Health orientation program!

Salary Range: $86,000 - $129,00, based on a 40 hour schedule, range adjusted for part time hours.

$20K Sign on Bonus, based on 40-hour schedule, adjust for part time hours.

RN Home Health – 16 - 20-hour schedule between the hours of 8a-4:30p Monday – Friday

Training: We offer an extensive Home Health orientation program. Work with a preceptor, in the field, for 6-8 weeks and have the support of an Educator while learning Case Management, Oasis E documenting, Time Management and EMR system; Home Care Home Base. Requirements:

• Compassionate, enjoy working with patients and their families, organized and ability to multi-task.
• Good standing MA RN License
• 1 year of med/surg experience; 1 year of acute care experience helpful
• Willingness to travel within a territory.
