Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist licensed with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and a valid Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) license to support students at the middle school level. This contract position will begin in mid-November and continue through the end of the school year (EOSY), covering a leave of absence.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology certification with CCC
- Valid DESE license for Massachusetts
- Experience working with middle school-aged students
- Familiarity with managing a caseload in an educational setting
Location:
- Quincy, MA
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language evaluations, treatment, and progress monitoring for middle school students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address students communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
