We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services focused on pain management, rehabilitation, and functional improvement. This role emphasizes personalized care, evidence-based treatment, and helping patients achieve long-term recovery.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on physical therapy for orthopedic, post-surgical, and pain-related conditions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on exercises, movement strategies, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in Massachusetts
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience in outpatient or orthopedic physical therapy preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical environment
