Wheeland's Auto is seeking to add a customer service representative with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude to our team. Duties will include (but may not be limited to) answering phone, greeting & scheduling customers, cashing out customers, performing follow-up calls, receiving in parts and auditing parts slips, marketing (social media platforms and direct mail campaigns), maintaining and organizing office & waiting areas.
The ideal candidate will be friendly and eager to help and learn, be a team player, have excellent time management skills, be eager to learn a new industry & new software systems, generally care about our customers' needs, be willing to take guidance from & work with service advisor, and manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed. If you have experience working in a fast-paced environment, we look forward to talking with you.
