A Day in the Life of Our Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

• Technical Expertise: Repair and troubleshoot electrical systems, delve into pump mechanisms, and fix packaging machinery.
• Leadership Role: Shine as a work lead for maintenance operations, collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Skill Development: Train and nurture the mechanical expertise of fellow colleagues while communicating tasks clearly.

Required Mastery

• Comprehensive understanding of electric and pneumatic systems, welding, and plumbing.
• Capable of diagnosing electric motor issues and reading complex schematics.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
