Job Description

Are you an organizational whiz with a passion for teamwork and bringing projects to life?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want to meet you!

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who’s ready to jump in, collaborate across teams, and keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be at the heart of our project operations—ensuring timelines are met, communication flows smoothly, and team members have what they need to succeed!

If you're ready to work with a team that’s got your back, encourages growth, and celebrates wins together, this is your opportunity to make an impact!

We take care of our people—because when you're supported, everyone wins. Here’s what you can look forward to as part of our team:

  • Competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience
  • Comprehensive health coverage – medical, dental, and vision
  • Simple IRA with company match – plan for your future with confidence
  • Paid time off and holidays (13!) – because work-life balance matters
  • Performance bonuses – earn more for going the extra mile
  • Company-provided training and certifications
  • Career growth opportunities – we promote from within and invest in your future

We don’t just offer a job—we offer a place where you’re appreciated, respected, and given room to grow.

Compensation:

$25 - $27 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information across departments
  • Take ownership of project elements, helping to push initiatives forward, whether you’re part of a group or flying solo
  • Hands-on—you’ll actively contribute to project work, leading smaller tasks or components independently
  • Support team members to ensure goals are met on time and within scope
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise with a solutions-first mindset
  • Maintain detailed documentation, status reports, and tracking tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned and energized

Qualifications:

  • A natural team player who loves helping others succeed
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive attitude—you're not afraid to take initiative
  • Familiarity with property management
  • Experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role
