Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 educational setting in Manchester, NH, is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral and developmental needs. This contract position spans the full school year and offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and analyze data on student progress to inform treatment decisions
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students exhibiting behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote positive behavioral outes
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation in pliance with school policies and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications:
- Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Ability to follow detailed behavior plans and adapt strategies as necessary
- Strong munication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
