Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based physical therapist opportunity is available at an elementary school in Swanzey, NH, for the current school year on a contract basis. This role involves providing specialized physical therapy services to support the developmental and mobility needs of elementary-aged students within the educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized physical therapy plans to enhance student participation and access to the school curriculum
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and school guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on student IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials suitable for school-based services
