Adecco is assisting a local manufacturer seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join their 3rd Shift Team! This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of high-quality parts that meet strict standards. This is a temp-to-hire position offering overtime, incentives, and benefits.
Schedule:

3rd Shift (Overnight) - 10:00PM - 6:00AM - 8-Hour Shifts

Training required on 1st Shift for 2–4 weeks before transitioning to 3rd Shift

$19 - $23/HR (based on experience) + $2/HR Shift differential
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor injection molding and other production machinery safely and efficiently

Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications and maintain production standards

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make adjustments as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow company policies, safety protocols, and production guidelines
Requirements:
-
Previous injection molding experience required

Proven background as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Willingness to train on 1st Shift before moving to 3rd Shift

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
