Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- MA Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA)
- Preferred experience of at least 1 year in supervising home-based services
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Location:
- Cambridge, MA
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior analytic services to children aged 3 to 14 years in a home-based setting
- Supervise and support behavior technicians in the implementation of treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and services provided
