Job Title: Behavior Technician Location: Northborough, MA Schedule: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week Start Date: ASAP
Overview: Phaxis is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician with strong skills in supporting students in school settings.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide direct support to adolescents with academic challenges.</li>
<li>Implement individualized strategies, including visual supports and behavior plans.</li>
<li>Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and behaviors.</li>
<li>Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to ensure consistency in interventions.</li>
<li>Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience working with children with behavioral support needs.</li>
<li>Knowledge of data collection and behavior management strategies.</li>
<li>Ability to implement visual supports and structured routines.</li>
<li>Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>
Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Pay Rate: $24-27/hour DOE</li>
<li>Full-time, 32.5 hours per week</li>
</ul>
