We are seeking an assistant manager to join our team at The Riverside Hotel. As assistant manager, your main roles will be ensuring positive guest experience and smooth hotel operations. If you have a knack for customer service and enjoy working with people, please apply. Responsibilities for this role include:

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished

• Manage online and phone reservations

• Ensure payment is collected from guests

• Maintain records of payment and booking

• Respond to guest inquiry and concerns

• Take on role of General Manager in their absence

• Must be willing to work weekends

Qualifications

• Experience working in a boutique hotel is a plus but not required

• Experience using customer service software, CRM, etc

• Customer service attitude

• Excellent communication and organization skills

Job Type: Full Time

Expected hours: 40 per week

Pay: $18 - $23 per hour
