Job DescriptionOccupational Therapist (Registered) Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays)
Overview: Were seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join a supportive interdisciplinary care team. This role focuses on helping older adults maintain independence, safety, and quality of life through personalized therapy and rehabilitation services all within a stable weekday schedule.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
</li>
<li>
Provide therapy in both center and home settings.
</li>
<li>
Conduct home safety assessments and recommend adaptive equipment.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate care.
</li>
<li>
Supervise COTAs and Rehab Aides as needed.
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Massachusetts.
</li>
<li>
Graduate of an accredited OT program.
</li>
<li>
CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
</li>
<li>
Experience with the geriatric population preferred.
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
</li>
<li>
Local travel required.
</li>

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

No nights, weekends, or holidays
