Seeking an experienced Senior Attorney (6+ years) to join an Insurance and Catastrophic Loss / Litigation practice group. The candidate will serve as a strategic advisor on high-exposure matters involving major property, casualty, and specialty lines on a national scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of diverse insurance coverage matters (both litigated and non-litigated).
- Develop and execute litigation strategies for high-stakes, multi-party disputes.
- Handle all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, trial and overall case management.
- Advise insurers and corporate clients on exposure and resolution strategies.
- Active mentoring of junior attorneys
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.).
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in insurance coverage and/or catastrophic loss litigation
- Strong understanding of complex coverage lines and multi-jurisdictional litigation.
- Experience handling high-exposure and technically complex cases.
