Hiring Locations (Vermont)
We are actively recruiting either a MD/DO/NP based in Windsor County, Vermont to deliver mobile advanced wound care across the county.
⭐ Pay Transparency
Earnings: $239,000 – $523,000+ annually (no cap).
Your income reflects your clinical skill, your consistency, your willingness to be productive, and your initiative in building relationships with those who serve patients with hard-to-heal wounds. The compensation model rewards proactive, mission-driven MDs, DOs NPs who deliver exceptional outcomes. High achievers can exceed this range.

✅ Qualifications
Required
- Active and unrestricted license as a Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Currently enrolled and certified with Original Medicare (PECOS enrollment active)
- Currently has their own private practice
- Ability to travel locally to patient homes and long-term care settings within the assigned region
- Proficient in conducting independent patient assessments and implementing treatment plans
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to complete clear, accurate, and timely charting
- Professional communication skills with patients, families, and collaborating providers
- Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and follow clinical protocols
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Preferred
- Wound care certifications such as WOCN, WCC, CWCN, or equivalent (not required)
- Experience in wound care, advanced wound therapies, or chronic wound management
- Previous experience operating or working in a private practice setting
- Comfort with mobile or in-home care delivery
- Familiarity with billing Medicare Part B services
- Experience coordinating care with home health agencies, assisted living facilities, or skilled nursing facilities

Your Core Responsibilities
As a Mobile Wound Care MD/DO/NP, you will:
- Travel within a ~1 hour radius or more to primarily private homes, with occasional visits to LTCs, Independent Living, and Retirement communities. Depending on the need your availability.
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and apply advanced wound care treatments (details discussed during interview).
- Document accurately, clearly, and on time.
- Communicate with families, facilities, and the executive team regarding patient progress and important updates.
- Bring compassion, follow-through, and professionalism to every visit.
