Job Opportunity – Progressive Care RN – New Hampshire

Start Date: January 5, 2026
Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every third weekend; no call required

Highlights:

• 10-bed Progressive Care Unit specializing in Cardio-Thoracic and Vascular surgical patients
• Manageable 3–4:1 patient ratios with dedicated charge nurse and LNA support
• Advanced equipment including telemetry monitors, BiPAP/CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, external pacers, and rapid transfuser
• Sunrise EMR system
• Collaborative team environment with structured day and night shift staffing models
• Float only to Progressive Care and Telemetry units

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Telemetry experience is mandatory
• Comfort managing chest tubes required
• Experience with cardiac drips (dobutamine, dopamine, levophed) strongly preferred
• External pacemaker experience preferred
• Familiarity with procedures such as pericardiocentesis, thoracentesis, and chest tube insertion a plus
