Taylor Community, located in Laconia, Meredith and Wolfeboro, is responsible for providing top quality care for our residents. This position is focused on our Nursing neighborhood in Wolfeboro. As a Nursing Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff, ensuring excellence in practice and resident outcomes.
The Clinical Leader is a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse who is responsible for assisting the Director Nursing and the Director of Health Services (DHS) with oversight and provision of clinical processes at the Residence at Back Bay. The Clinical Leader works collaboratively with clinical staff and other disciplines to ensure that appropriate care is provided to all residents. Serves as a resource to clinical staff.
The Clinical Leader must have a minimum of three years' experience working in a long-term care setting, be highly motivated and able to function independently within the job responsibilities. Come work for Taylor Community and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
