Next Comms Talk is currently seeking a professional and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team in Boston. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the Front Desk Agent plays a key role in creating a positive and professional environment. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries

  • Manage appointments, meetings, and visitor logs

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Assist with general administrative tasks and support other departments as needed

  • Handle deliveries, mail distribution, and office supplies inventory

  • Uphold security procedures by monitoring visitor access

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
