InnoTECH Staffing is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of electrical systems and circuitry for complex products. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on design experience, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and review electrical circuits and systems, including analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal designs

Create schematics, support PCB layout, and oversee design for manufacturability (DFM/DFx)

Perform testing, debugging, validation, and failure analysis of electrical designs

Develop and execute verification and validation plans to ensure compliance with requirements and standards

Collaborate with mechanical, software, firmware, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle

Support prototype builds, production ramp, and sustaining engineering activities

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and ECOs

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and design reviews
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

6+ years of experience in electrical engineering design and development

Strong experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools

Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, etc.)

Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles

Experience with product development from concept through production
Preferred Qualifications

Batchelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, MS a plus

Experience in regulated industries (medical devices)

Knowledge of EMC/EMI, safety standards, and compliance testing

Experience working in start-up or high-growth environments
