Lundgren Subaru of Claremont is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team! What You’ll Do

  • Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts lookups, quotes, and orders

  • Source and order OEM and aftermarket parts efficiently through dealer systems and vendor networks

  • Maintain and organize parts inventory, including receiving, labeling, and stocking

  • Handle wholesale, retail, and internal parts sales — both in person and over the phone

  • Process returns, warranties, and special orders accurately

  • Support the service department by ensuring timely parts availability for scheduled repairs

  • Deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to our positive, team-oriented culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Automotive knowledge or dealership experience preferred (Subaru experience a plus)

  • Strong communication and computer skills

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a standard background check

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
