At Pace’s Cambridge Division, you’ll spend your days solving real problems that keep production running. Picture this: you start your morning reviewing preventive maintenance tasks, then dive into a challenging hydraulic issue on a 1,200-ton die cast machine. After lunch, you calibrate PLC I/O, rebuild a valve bank, and finish by tuning a gas-fired furnace that supports mission-critical castings used in aircraft and medical equipment.
What you’ll take on
- Diagnose and repair complex hydraulic and electrical systems
- Service, maintain, and rebuild 400–1,200 ton die casting machines
- Maintain and overhaul 1,000–25,000 lb. gas-fired furnaces
- Perform facility maintenance (plumbing, electrical, and related building systems)
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLCs
- Execute welding, fabrication, and basic machining work

Compensation, schedule, and benefits
- Compensation: $23.00–$36.00 hourly
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift
