- Prepare detailed title objection letters and work directly with title companies, municipalities, and regulatory agencies to achieve title clearance
- Review and manage due diligence for high-value commercial transactions including zoning compliance, environmental assessments, survey analysis, and entity verification
- Coordinate complex closings involving multiple parties, lenders, and jurisdictions; manage critical deadlines across simultaneous transactions
- Maintain organized transaction files and databases; prepare comprehensive closing binders and post-closing deliverables
- Interface professionally with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, brokers, and governmental entities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate law
- Proven track record conducting title searches and resolving title issues on large-scale commercial developments

- Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and ability to manage multiple high-stakes transactions simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor suitable for direct client interaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, real estate database systems, and legal research platforms
