We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in building custom-made pressure vessel equipment. This role involves turning CNC machining with a focus on precision and quality. This position will offer candidates access to multiple CNC machines, mainly milling, working on large parts with long cycle times.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to blueprints.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ensure all machined parts meet geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) standards.
- Work with G and M code for machine programming.
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Essential Skills
- Experience with G and M code programming.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of GD&T tolerances.
- Experience operating large-scale CNC machines.
- Ability to work with materials such as titanium and stainless steel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to set up machines and understand programs.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
- Experience with machine operations such as drilling, grinding, and machine operation in a mechanical environment.

Work Environment
Our machine shop is organized and equipped with large-scale machines. The temperature is comfortable, ensuring a pleasant working environment. The role involves working Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime available when demand is high.

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $81120.00/yr.
