Established (100+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Construction Attorney in Worcester, MAAn established firm based with offices in Worcester and Boston, and over 100 years in practice is seeking a Construction Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join their team onsite or hybrid. This Attorney will have experience with construction law, including contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution, and advising clients on compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing them in litigation and advisory matters. Offer:
- Salary range: $130,000-$175,000, contingent on experience- Robust bonus program

- The candidate must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing.
- The candidate must have 3-7 years of experience in construction law, including contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- The candidate must possess strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues. Responsibilities:
- The attorney will draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related agreements.
- The attorney will advise clients on compliance with state and federal construction laws and regulations.
- The attorney will represent clients in construction-related disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- The attorney will provide strategic counsel to clients on risk management and project planning.
