Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Night shifts: 3 shifts of 12 hours each (7:15 p.m. 7:15 a.m.)
- Every other weekend coverage required
- Rotating holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care within the Emergency Room setting
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans
- Respond efficiently to emergency situations, ensuring patient safety and comfort
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure with Emergency Room experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work the specified night shifts and rotate holidays and weekends
