Leading sheetfed offset and digital printing company in Springfield, MA is busy. Due to client demand and upcoming retirement, the company is searching to hire an experienced sheetfed offset press operator for day shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Read and interpret job orders.
• Make ready, operation and maintenance of 6/c sheetfed offset press.
• Print quality products on schedule meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Check print quality throughout the runs.
• Troubleshoot press problems as they occur.
• Work with pressroom supervisor on job schedules and time specifications.
• Take part in client press okays.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience operating multi-unit 29" - 40" offset sheetfed presses.
• Four color and spot color experience required.
• Aqueous coating experience preferred.
• Good eye for color and registration required.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Individual and team contributor.
