Requirements to Join Our Team:
- A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Must possess a full license from the State Board (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) to practice therapy independently.
Pay Range:
$111 - $158 per hour, dependent on provider license type, session location, and session types.
*Please note: SonderMind does not provide office space. Therapists are responsible for securing their own locations for in-person sessions, though we can assist in connecting you with other therapists looking to share space.
