*** This role requires Current & unrestricted LPN license in New Hampshire and Current CPR certification ***
Night Shift & timing - 7PM to 7AM
Requirements:
⦁\tGraduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program or nursing degree from an approved institution
⦁\tCurrent, unrestricted LPN license in New Hampshire (or eligibility for NH licensure)
⦁\tCurrent CPR certification
⦁\tExperience in long-term care preferred but not required
LPN Responsibilities:
⦁\tOversee and direct Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) in compliance with facility policies.
⦁\tEnsure all nursing care follows regulatory guidelines and Pleasant View Center standards.
⦁\tParticipate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.
⦁\tMonitor residents for changes in condition, report findings to physicians and families, and document accordingly.
⦁\tTranscribe and carry out physician orders.
⦁\tAdminister medications and perform treatments, including wound care, IV therapy, colostomy care, and tube feedings.
⦁\tCoordinate and schedule medical appointments and transportation for residents.
⦁\tMaintain resident confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
⦁\tAssist in the survey process and uphold Pleasant View Center’s high standards of care and safety.
⦁\tFoster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork across all departments.
