About the Role:
Join a leading Norfolk County company as an Engineering Team Lead and help turn prototypes and research into production-ready products. You’ll ensure designs are reliable, scalable, and manufacturable while leading a cross-functional engineering team.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the transition from prototype to production.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
Ensure products meet reliability, scalability, and manufacturability standards.
Mentor and guide a team of engineers.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience bringing prototypes or research outputs to production.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Manage CAD designs, create BOMs, handle ECOs, and maintain configuration control.
