Job DescriptionPosition Title: Real Estate Credit / Structured Finance Associate
Salary Range: $225,000 - $445,000
About the Opportunity
Works with real estate credit funds, public mortgage REITs, and other investors on structured finance matters. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates agreements including master repurchase agreements and loan-on-loan credit agreements. Maintains client contact and stays current on industry trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years experience in real estate credit/structured finance
- J.D. degree, Massachusetts Bar admission
- Expertise in structured finance documentation and real estate credit
