Job Details:

• Work on adaptive acuity unit with 1:5 nurse to patient ratio on 25-bed unit
\n• Occasionally provide PCU care with 3:1 ratio - this is non-negotiable and may not be refused
\n• Charge nurse responsibilities required - will not consider candidates without charge experience
\n• Must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within scope of practice
\n• Every other weekend and holiday coverage as required
\n• Drip experience required
\n• 2+ years of current med surg/telemetry experience required
\n• Progressive Care Unit/PCU experience strongly required
\n• ICU experience strongly preferred
\n• Charge experience required
\n• Minimum 3 months previous travel experience required (non-negotiable)
\n• Small critical access facility experience preferred
\n• Must have own vehicle
\n• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
\n• Vermont RN license or compact required
\n• Skills checklists required for PCU, Medical Surgical, and Telemetry (current within 1 year)
\n• One supervisory signed reference from within past two years required
\n• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
