Requirements:

What You’ll Do

• Tackle Mechanical Challenges: Install, repair, and troubleshoot industrial machinery with confidence and creativity.
• Keep Operations Running: Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Precision Matters: Work alongside our Metrology & Optical teams to align equipment with laser-sharp accuracy.
• Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier service with clear communication, safety, and professionalism.
• Hit the Road: Travel across the Northeast (2–3 overnights/week) and thrive in dynamic environments.

What You Bring

• Mechanical Expertise: Skilled with hand tools, hydraulic jacks; welding or plasma cutting experience is a plus.
• Tech-Friendly: Comfortable with basic computer programs (training provided).
• Detail-Oriented: You catch what others miss and take pride in doing things right.
• Independent & Driven: You take initiative and thrive without micromanagement.
• Customer-Focused: You build trust and represent OASIS with professionalism.
• Travel-Ready: Willing to travel frequently (50%–75%).
