Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Monitor patient care quality and address any issues promptly.

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

• Lead and mentor nursing staff to foster professional growth.

• Drive initiatives to achieve nursing department targets.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Coordinate with other departments to improve healthcare services.

• Analyze performance metrics to enhance nursing operations.

• Maintain high visibility of nursing activities and outcomes.

• Evaluate and reward nursing staff based on performance and merit.

• Ensure efficient use of resources within the nursing department.

• Participate in strategic planning for nursing services expansion.

Experience/Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing leadership roles.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.

• Experience in mentoring and developing nursing staff.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive departmental targets.

• Proven ability to develop and implement nursing policies.

• Strong analytical skills for performance metrics evaluation.

• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
