Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Were looking for dedicated Pharmacy Technicians to join a new, high-volume LTC client in Massachusetts! This is a 13+ week contract-to-hire opportunity with flexible evening shifts and the chance to make a strong impression in a growing pharmacy team.

Position Overview:

• Start Date: ASAP

• Facility Type: Closed-door Long Term Care (LTC)

• Volume: ~600 prescriptions/day

• Software System: Frameworks (training provided if needed)

Schedule:

• Monday Friday: 2:00pm 10:00pm OR 4:00pm 12:00am

• Saturday/Sunday: 9:00am 7:00pm (one weekend per month)

• Candidates interested in other shifts are welcome

Key Duties:

• Prepare medications in appropriate packaging (blister packs, unit-dose) for timely delivery to residents

• Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking medications, monitoring storage and expiration dates

• Maintain accurate patient and medication records

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License

• PTCB certification required

• Previous pharmacy experience

• Ability to work fast and accurately in a high-volume setting

Pay:

• Certified Techs: $21+

• Non-Certified Techs: $18+
