The salary range for this position is $50,838 - $56,544. New hires typically start within this range based on their qualifications, experience, and considerations of internal equity.

You are a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can balance confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency in every task. You have strong communication skills and a customer service mindset, allowing you to respond to sensitive inquiries with Gracious Professionalism®. Tech-savvy and adaptable, you’re comfortable working in systems like Salesforce and Excel, analyzing data, and maintaining precise records. With a proactive, solutions-focused approach, you adapt easily, work well independently, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Above all, you demonstrate the highest level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

This role has the ability to be a remote working arrangement for the right candidate.

What You Will Do
In this role you will play a key part in supporting our Youth Protection team and ensuring a safe, well-documented process for our community. Additionally, you will:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for volunteer background screenings, coordinating with vendors and volunteers.
  • Maintain confidential case files, ensuring accurate organization, categorization, record-keeping, and archiving.
  • Review, interpret, and respond to reports and inquiries in Salesforce and other systems with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Monitor the general Safety inbox, drafting clear, customer-focused responses
  • Provide colleagues with timely project updates and support investigations related to Youth Protection concerns.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining Youth Protection Program (YPP) policies, procedures, and resources, including the Resource Library.
  • Collect, validate, and summarize large sets of data into accurate reports and case summaries.
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

  • HS diploma or GED and generally at least 3 years of directly related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of confidentiality & function professionally in a manner that protects the integrity & rights of all parties.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams and SharePoint.
  • Database or Case Management experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Flexibility to travel 5 - 10% depending on the time of the year.
