Job DescriptionAllcock & Marcus, LLC is seeking an experienced Conveyance Attorney with 3+ years of residential and/or commercial real estate experience to join our firm.
Responsibilities:
Manage residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to post-closing
Review and clear title issues
Draft and review purchase and sale agreements
Conduct closings and represent lenders and buyers/sellers
Coordinate with lenders, realtors, and clients
Ensure compliance with Massachusetts real estate laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of conveyancing experience
Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
Strong knowledge of title review and clearance
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience with lender representation preferred
