If you are an Injection Molding Quality Specialist or Engineer with 5+ years of successful experience that includes experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to improve production and yield while reducing waste and cycle time in the plastics/packaging sector--this could be an excellent opportunity for you in the Brockton, MA, area.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience specifically in injection molding in a manufacturing environment with strong preference for packaging experience in pharmaceuticals, beverages, foods, medical products, and other similar products.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering field
Hands-on CMM programming with Zeiss Calypso strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering or related major.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Ability to leverage knowledge in continuous improvement, process improvement. Lean Six Sigma, project management, and to quantify results and success is extremely important.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Must be PERMANENTLY ELIGIBLE to work in the United States without sponsorship of any kind as none is nor will be available.
