Job DescriptionThe Opportunity: We are looking for super therapists to provide therapy to the pediatric population.

• Location: You'll be working hybrid, virtually and/or in clients' homes in Boston and Greater Boston, MA.
• Your Schedule: You get to choose your clients, set your own caseload and hours! Total flexibility!
• Your Role: You'll be providing therapy to children & their families in a super fun and creative way. This means working closely with children and their families.
• What you'll be doing:
  • Providing therapy sessions.
  • Team up with other health professionals.
  • Teaching clients and families therapy tips and tricks.
  • Keeping client data and progress up-to-date.
• Requirements
  • You need to be Fully Independently Licensed in Massachusetts or eligible for it (that's a must!).
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or something similar.
  • NPI number (or willingness to obtain)
  • Comfortable working independently in homes/community
  • At least 1 year of pediatric experience
  • Strong people skills and good communication.
  • Excellent at staying organized and paying attention to details.
  • Must be able to keep a positive and compassionate attitude!
