We are currently seeking a highly motivated, organized, and professional staff support person to join our team. Top candidates have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and are organized and tech savvy. This is a forward-facing position for a bright self-starter who can juggle a variety of responsibilities independently and work effectively with a team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors
· Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, as well as take messages
· Manage scheduling, appointments, and conference room bookings
· Organize, inventory and order office supplies
· Assist legal staff with project support and various administrative tasks
· Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
· Assist with records management (opening/closing files, data entry, records storage.)
· Manage office equipment (copiers, scanners, printers, etc.)
· Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Some office experience and/or college education preferred, but not required.
· Applicants must have a valid driver’s license; access to a vehicle for occasional errands is helpful.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and with office equipment
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, in person at our spacious downtown Burlington office.
