Job Title: Manufacturing Technician (Cleanroom) – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Location: Manchester, NH

Temp-Perm Opportunity
Pay: $20-22/hr
Shifts Available:

1st Shift
2nd Shift
3rd Shift

Overview

We are seeking motivated Manufacturing Technicians to join our cleanroom production team. This role involves hands-on assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical assemblies for medical devices. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a commitment to maintaining cleanroom standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanroom integrity by following gowning procedures and safety protocols.
Assemble plastic and metal components into medical devices per approved procedures.
Operate small hand tools, presses, microscopes, and calibrated instruments.
Review and follow Bills of Materials, work orders, assembly drawings, and reports.
Perform tasks such as soldering, crimping, bonding, ultrasonic welding, and adhesive application.
Inspect assemblies during production and escalate quality issues as needed.
Support kitting and inventory tracking using scanners and software.
Participate in equipment checks, safety meetings, and continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with engineers and team leads to resolve process issues.
Maintain accurate records for quality, production, and compliance with ISO, QSR, and FDA requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical/electrical devices.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Comfortable working with small parts and under a microscope.
Proficient with tweezers, torque drivers, magnifiers, and microscopes.
Preferred: Medical device manufacturing experience, knowledge of regulatory compliance, lean manufacturing practices.
