About the Role

As a Production Lead, you’ll be responsible for guiding your team, ensuring product quality, and keeping production lines operating smoothly. You’ll balance leadership, technical oversight, and flexibility—solving challenges as they arise and supporting team success.

What You’ll Do

Provide daily leadership and support to production team members.

Monitor product quality and ensure production targets are met.

Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.

Assist with training and mentoring employees.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
