Job DescriptionAttorney - Employment Litigation Established (50+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney for Employment and Labor in Boston, MAAn established firm based in Boston with over 50 years in practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement. This Attorney will ideally have experience with employment and labor litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in complex litigation and advisory matters. Offer:
Salary range: $140,000-$180,000, contingent on experience

The candidate must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil defense or employment litigation. Strong writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills are required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with restrictive covenants, trial work, and employment or higher education law is advantageous. Responsibilities:
The Attorney will independently handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, and dispositive motions with partner oversight and feedback. They will manage e-discovery processes, including working with vendors and platforms. The role requires approaching litigation strategically and practically, taking responsibility for matters from pre-litigation through resolution. The Attorney will draft high-quality legal documents and collaborate with colleagues while maintaining the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
