Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Were seeking skilled Pharmacy Technicians to join a growing long-term care pharmacy team in Massachusetts! This is a 13+ week contract-to-hire role with flexible evening shiftsperfect for technicians looking to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Position Highlights:

  • Start: ASAP

  • Facility: Closed-door LTC

  • Volume: ~600 prescriptions/day

  • System: Frameworks (training available)

Shifts:

  • Monday Friday: 2:00pm 10:00pm OR 4:00pm 12:00am

  • Weekends: 9:00am 7:00pm (one weekend per month)

  • Other shifts considered for the right candidate

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare medications in unit-dose or blister packs for timely delivery

  • Assist with medication ordering, receiving, and stocking, ensuring proper storage and expiration checks

  • Maintain accurate patient and medication records

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Requirements:

  • Active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License

  • PTCB certification required

  • Pharmacy experience in a high-volume setting

  • Strong efficiency and attention to detail

Pay: offering weekly pay and full benefits starting pay is 21+
