Job Details
Corporate Associate
We are seeking a senior corporate associate attorney / Counsel with 8+ years of experience to join our thriving business practice group. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with entrepreneurial clients on sophisticated matters and play a hands-on role in their success.
What You’ll Do
Provide guidance and solutions to clients across diverse industries on mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, and general corporate needs
Negotiate and draft a wide range of corporate documents, including acquisition agreements, employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, shareholder agreements, and operating agreements
Structure and implement equity compensation plans, bonus plans, and deferred compensation agreements
What You’ll Bring
Eight or more years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, contract drafting, negotiations, and other corporate work
Strong communication skills with the ability to actively engage and clearly convey complex matters in both oral and written form
Excellent work ethic, practice management, and interpersonal skills
Outstanding academic credentials and a self-starter mindset for working in a fast-paced, collegial environment
Large firm experience is a plus but not required
Juris Doctorate or LLM and admission to the Massachusetts Bar
